The Pfalzmuseum

In the east wing the Kaiserpfalz hosts the Pfalzmuseum Forchheim with three special museums: 1300 square meters exhibition area und about 500 square meters usable floor space offer room for the Archaeological Museum Oberfranken, the Municipal- and the Traditional Costume Museum as well as for changing special exhibitions. Next door the "Heritage Museum Rote Mauer" opens its gates in the casemates.

The Kaiserpfalz is a culture palace: Numerous special exhibitions, concerts, festivals, theatre events and the artisans’ market make the Kaiserpfalz into a place for experiencing, learning and for meeting.
